Massachusetts Pre-License Salesperson and Broker Online Courses
Massachusetts requires the student to complete 40 hours of training. The student can complete the training course as quickly as 40 to 60 days — while others take the slow road and complete the course within six months. Visit the online portal and click the red 'Create an Account' button to register.
Choose Your Course
Click the Catalog button and select either the Salesperson or Broker course. You'll need both Part 1 and Part 2.
Complete Part 1
Watch the 19-hour self-paced video lessons anytime, 24/7. The course saves your progress automatically.
Attend Part 2 Live
Join live Zoom sessions with your instructor. Typically held Tuesdays and Thursdays 6–8 PM. Call 978-373-2859 to schedule.
Part 2: Live Instruction Requirements
Part 2 consists of live, interactive instruction and is restricted to times when the instructor is available in real time. Massachusetts state law requires that Part 2 be conducted only during hours when the instructor is available to answer questions and interact with students.
Class Availability
Part 2 classes are held by appointment via Zoom. Students will receive a Zoom link from the school, which will be active during scheduled class times. Instructor availability varies throughout the week (excluding Sundays). Regular live sessions are typically held Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Attendance Requirement
All students are required to attend the Tuesday and Thursday live Part 2 sessions. You may join these live classes even if you have not yet completed Part 1 videos — this is encouraged.

From the online classroom portal, create your account.
Click on the Catalog button.
Choose the Salesperson or Broker course as applicable to you. You need both Part 1 and Part 2 of your course to complete the 40 hours needed.
