IMPORTANT: New Hampshire NEW LAW 2022 Rea 302.03 for all newly licensed agents requires 12 hours of specific elective topics and the 3-hour CORE, Total of 15 hours. All of these classes must be done Live/Zoom, they can not be taken online for first time NH Renewals.
All first time New Hampshire license renewal students must take these four courses. Each course is 2 hours for a total of 8 hours.
- PE-2196 (1) Purchase and Sales (P&S) agreements 2 hours
- PE-1756 (2) Ethical behavior 2 hours
- PE-2664 (3) Disclosure forms 2 hours
- PE-064 (4) Agency 2 hours
The first-time New Hampshire license renewal student must also take two more classes to complete the 12 hours of electives needed.
Any two classes will do, your pick the two classes you want from the list below.

Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts require any 12 hours of MA Approved electives every 2 years. (There are no specific core requirements for MA). ZOOM, and ONLINE classes available for all the 12 hour electives you need for MA and NH. You choose what works best for you. Maybe a combination of both.
Real Estate Agents in New Hampshire requires a special 3 hour NH Core class and any 12 hours of NH approved electives. Total 15 hours. The new law requires all NH agents that are renewing their license for the 1st time must take some specific courses to satisfy the 12 hours. Good news is ABC offers those classes.
